Authentic and beautiful watch! No problems so far.

These were in high demand/low stock when I ordered from the US and my watch came from a watch store in Italy(!). The watch is very attractive as shown in the photos and appears to be of good build quality. The mineral crystal is domed and I have cracked or scratched similar crystals in the past. However, if used as a dress watch I don't anticipate this being a problem. The watch strap is adequate and looks nice, though not of high quality. The date feature is of questionable worth as the numbers are tiny and a challenge to read even in good light.As the Bambino model has evolved over the last few years the price has increased significantly. At $225+ USD it is fairly priced but no longer a bargain.

I just received my Orient Bambino 38mm watch last night, and I’m already in love with it! The cream dial with blue hands is stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and vintage charm. The casing has a beautiful shine, and the watch fits comfortably, easily sliding under my cuffs for a polished look.The transparent case back is a great feature—I love being able to see the movement in action. The sweeping motion of the second hand adds a level of sophistication that makes this watch feel far more expensive than it is. Setting the time and date is a breeze with the pull-out crown, and the overall design is incredibly intuitive.One small detail I noticed is that the date change isn’t instant—the date wheel starts to shift around midnight and takes a little time to fully change over. It’s a minor quirk but worth mentioning. The leather strap feels a bit stiff right now, but I expect it to soften with wear. It has a cowhide pattern that mimics alligator straps I do recommend getting a new strap though.The only thing I’m slightly disappointed by is that the watch is made in Thailand rather than Japan, but that doesn’t take away from its overall quality and craftsmanship. At 38mm, the size is smaller than I usually prefer, but it still looks fantastic on the wrist.For the price, the Bambino offers incredible value, even though it was reportedly cheaper a few years ago. I do wish it was a bit cheaper but with this price point, you can't go wrong with it. Definitely recommend to someone looking for a dress watch with not a lot of money spend.
