The Berberine has been a game changer. In the first week I started taking it, I found the food noise had quieted down and I wasn't always waiting for my next meal. I also saw weight loss of just over a pound week. It's very easy to use: one pill in the morning, one at lunch or dinner. Don' let it sit on your tongue because the taste isn't the best. So far I've had no side effects. I'm going to keep trying it until the bottle is gone and come back to report more.

Over a year of using this — and I keep repurchasing!! I’ve been using JSHealth specifically for over a year now and it’s one of those supplements I genuinely notice a difference with. The capsules are coated and easy to swallow, which is a big plus if you don’t like taking pills! For me, the biggest benefit has been staying regular. I usually take two capsules a day, but sometimes I’ll only take one to make the bottle last longer, and I still feel like it works well for me. I’ve also noticed it helps with cravings, which is another reason I keep it in my routine. If you’re specifically looking for something to support regularity, this has been really worthwhile for me. I’ve gone through multiple bottles and plan to keep buying it!

Easy to take, for me there is no side effects! The pills are not huge and easy to swollow, they’re in a capsule so they don’t have a horrible taste. I haven’t taken these supplements long enough to notice difference but the quality seems there by this brand! An influencer recommended this for weight loss and of course I don’t blindly follow but after doing some research I felt these would be a good fit for me. The price is a little steep, but I’m going to give them a shot and see! I’ll update this review with results

What I ordered and so far it’s great

I could be the minority with this, but these supplements made me SO SICK. The side effects hit me really hard and I was in bed feeling horrible with no energy for days after taking these. I even tried lowering the dose from 2 pills to just 1. I also made sure to taken them with food. It didn’t matter what I did… these clearly just do not agree with me. It sounds like others have had better experiences than me, but just based on my experience I cannot give this product a high rating. It was absolutely awful.
