I've been taking this (nearly) daily for over a year and it has helped me tremendously. I originally began taking it for adrenal insufficiency, fatigue, and CFS like symptoms but I've found it has improved my whole hormonal profile outside of my thyroid (which was not expected to improve with this supplement). My cycles are regular for the first time in my life, my energy has improved, and the value for the money is through the roof. It can be mixed easily with pretty much any beverage, too.

The tiny scooper was hard to find but glad I did before pouring out the container out. The supplement dissolves easily ans it has zero flavor and zero after taste. I took it for about 2 months when I realized that this product was the reason my skin has cleared up. It has helped regulate my hormones and made me feel more energetic. The product is a great dang for the dollar due to the small scoop and the jar being full! Worth it if you looking to supplement your diet and see the benefits.

Ok, you have to super dig out the scoop. At first I didn’t think there was one until I got a butter knife and was able to scoop it out. And it’s a small scoop. I love though that if for some reason I lost the scoop they put the exact weight on the packaging per scoop so you would know- just in case. Now this stuff has virtually no taste. I follows the instructions and mixed it in water, no taste/ minimal smell. It also dissolved all the way with minimal effort which is great. I think I might start to add it to my pre workout before going to the gym. Now I’m not sure how effective the product is, or how good of quality it is so I can’t speak to the price or effectiveness. But considering how well everything else seems to be going with it I’d say it seems very encouraging. I intend to take this regularly, as I was recently diagnosed with some thyroid imbalances (hypo) and high stress which has caused me very sever issues…. So I’m hoping this helps.

I am surprised at the serving provided by the container of Rootcology. It can sustain me for one year. Definitely, a value for the money. The scroop contained within is very small. I like that this supplement is in a powder form. I can easily mix it with my other powder supplement. The taste if flavorless and easily dissolves in water. I noticed an improvement in my energy level. I am looking forward to the support to my thyroid.

I have heard very good things about the benefits of inositol so I thought I would give this powder a try. I have taken inositol capsules before but I far prefer the powder form. One scoop (scooper included) is a serving. I don't know if you can tell from the picture but the scoop is very small so you can put it in any liquid. I have been putting it in my protein shake that I take with me to the gym. It easily dissolves in both hot and cold liquids and doesn't have any taste that I can detect. I absolutely love the fact that the container has 345 servings, that's almost a year's supply which makes it a great value. I have been able to tolerate this well and haven't experienced any unpleasant side effects. It's only been a few days since I started taking it, so it may take some time before I know what kind of benefits I get from it.

I follow Dr. Wentz and find a lot of her advice helpful. I've seen that she usually promotes products with good third party testing, so I was surprised that these don't seem to have that. They also don't even say what country they are made in. Additionally, most inositol products I have used have a good ratio of myo-inositol to chiro-inositol. This is only myo-inositol, but there is good research that shows a combination to be more effective. I feel like this may rely more on a recognized name than on the actual quality and effectiveness of the product. I personally don't find this to be as helpful for me as a mixed inositol in controlling my blood sugar during the night and helping my hormones feel regulated. The jar I received in February 2025 expires in January 2026. The powder is easy to mix into most drinks but I would not purchase this again. There are some other good quality, well-tested combination inositols available that work better for me.

This bottle has an enclosed scoop to measure with. Serving size is tiny and mixes well into anything and has zero flavor so super easy to incorporate into your life. There's nearly 350 servings here so depending on how often you take it it can last a long time. I think the price is excellent because of that and the brand

It is completely odorless and tasteless, so it has no impact on my smoothies. This stuff is supposed to be good for cell membranes, insulin signaling, mental health, and reproductive health. Generally, it's just good stuff. There's some controversy about whether or not it really works, but it seems that everyone agrees that it is harmless and naturally occurring. You can't really beat the price per scoop if you're looking for a supplement like this.
