This kimchee is amazing. I didn't think anything would come close to my mom's kimchee, but this nailed it. Ive experienced the horrors of store-bought kimchee, saying authentic but was terrible. The price is worth it when you compare prices on a small jar of fake kimchee. Ive told my friends about it, and they are also planning on ordering some as well. It is sooo good you don't want to stop eating it. The spice is perfect, and the kimchee isn't super sour or mushy. Also, it is not shredded so you get the big pieces with a nice crunch....now Ive made myself hungry writing this review. Time for kimchee and rice.

Just got it. Couldn’t even wait had to have a bowl immediately. Reminds me of my childhood and I will definitely be ordering again. It was packaged great so there would be no issues during shipping with ice packs in the insulated package, placed in a box. As you can see the bag the Kimchi is in is fully sealed. So there is definitely attention to detail in the packaging. Again, I recommend. Great taste, great crunch, and overall love it.

Don’t have any options around where I live for kimchi. Moved from out of state where I can get it all the time at a Korean grocery store. I was skeptical at first ordering it online but after reading the reviews I said why not. I’d like there to have the option for faster shipping and I’d gladly pay for it. Now that it’s getting hot out, I’d recommend at least 2 ice packs instead of just one small one. Even though the ice pack was melted after taking 3-4 days for delivery, the product was somewhat cool but warm in spots. But the product itself was fine. I’d recommend opening the package for the first time outside. If you know you know. The kimchi itself tasted great and has a nice crunch to it. I have a kimchi storage bin that keeps it fresh for months in the fridge. I wish there was a spicier option but this one had good flavor. I will definitely be ordering from this company again for sure.

This is my second time purchasing this kimchi from this company. This time when it arrived, it was so incredibly sour and pungent, I could not eat it. I know it ferments over time but this was beyond normal fermentation. I even took it to work and my colleagues could not stomach it either. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed because it's too expensive for this to have been sent to me. It clearly wasn't packaged fresh or semi-fresh. I through it all away yesterday. I'll order from one of the two companies I've previously ordered from over the years. So disappointed!

OMG sooo good! Right after I opened it I had a little dish and it was so delish!! Then I took some and chopped it into tiny pieces and made a fried egg, cheddar cheese, and kimchi sandwich on Avocado bread that was, as my Aunt Michelle used to say, to die for! The price was good for fresh USA made Kimchi that came quicker than it was supposed to, and I am GLAD, as I couldn't wait! I will definitely order more in the future if the price stays right, and the quality stays as good! VERY healthy probiotic, with great color, crunch, and flavor! 5 well deserved stars for this small, hand batched business!

My kimchi arrived today. In perfect condition. It was very well packed. I opened the bag right away and transferred the kimchi to Mason jars and refrigerated. This kimchi is very good. It has just the right of spice to it. I love this kimchi and so will you. If you like kimchi already, you should buy this kimchi it's wonderful. And adding a fermented food to your diet is very good for you and your gut biome.

Han Gook? On ne oh! It's decent, but lacks the fire it is supposed to have. If you dont like heat then this is for you, but if you like the real stuff then find something else.

Flavor is great but the packaging needs more freeze packets to keep cool.😎
