This is amazing!!! My skin and moisture level in my skin has gone up. It’s very Effective and plumps up my skin.

this is a nice serum that feels very hydrating and increases my skin elasticity and moisture level. it's got some power house ingredients in it to increase moisturizing skin. good quality and improves my skin color too although very gradually. it's expensive but it's a decent value for the money to get quality proven skincare.

I have been using this high potency, intense, soothing serum for a few months now and I have really been enjoying it. I have dry skin and extremely sensitive skin so trying new products can be a little bit risky for me but this high potency intense serum has been perfect for me. It hydrate my skin. It’s fast absorbing it helps even my skin texture and leaves my skin feeling super smooth. This serum is packed with niacinamide . My first impressions of this year was that it is thicker and more of a cream compared to any other serum I’ve ever tried. But it is very effective and does exactly what it claims to do.

This is the first product I have tried from this brand and I was happy to do so as I have always heard good things about Perricone MD and believe it is a reputable company. It arrived in a glass bottle with a foil sealed top that you remove before putting in the applicator pump. It pumps out easily once you remove the safety guard. I really like that one press of the pump gives you the perfect (small) amount for putting on/around your lips/mouth, or under your eyes, versus a larger 'dollop' of product that you may not need. This is unlike any "serum" I have ever used before. The ones I have tried have always been in clear liquid form, this is more of a creamy moisturizer-type texture that goes on nicely. It has a very, VERY light, fresh scent that is barely noticeable (so it's basically unscented) and comes with a detailed pamphlet explaining application process, ingredients, etc. which could be very useful to those with sensitive skin or other issues. I basically have "normal" skin...not dry or oily...and after applying it, I do not feel the need to use a moisturizer afterwards, though that is what is recommend, however, that could just be due to my skin/how it's absorbed. It goes on smoothly and my skin feels soft and supple after applying it. I have a hectic lifestyle so have a hard time sticking to routines, so rather than using it every morning or at bedtime like you probably should, I have just kept it next to my computer where I spend most of my day, and for the last five days i have been applying it to my mouth/lips throughout the day. While there is not yet a noticeable difference in the fine lines & wrinkles around my mouth, my lips and the surrounding skin DOES seem to be a bit smoother, so I am hoping that with regular, continued use, I will start to see a noticeable difference. Bottom line, if you can afford it, I think it's worth a try :)

I love Perricone MD. This is a nice serum that I've been using for a couple months. I have noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin, especially the dry patches and roughness I tend to see during winter months. It's more of a lotion that is very lightweight and fragrance free. I've also noticed that my pores look smaller on my nose and this keeps my skin feeling more hydrated than the days I don't use it. I love the ingredients and think this is an effective (yet expensive) product. This absorbs well and is non irritating.

I've been using this off an on for a few months now and I have to say I do see an immediate improvement to my fine lines. I don't have full blown wrinkles (yet) so I cannot attest to their effectiveness on deeper set lines, but on my fine lines I do see a plumping effect. However, that being said, it doesn't last. Within a few hours, the effect is gone so it is a very temporary effect. But while it is in effect, it's wonderful! So due to the very temporary effects, I docked a star. I haven't noticed any issue with drying out my skin and my skin is prone to dryness. I also did not experience redness or irritation. I did find that I had to use quite a bit of product in order to feel like I really applied it fully to my face. 2 pumps for my forehead and 2-3 for each cheek. I felt like that was a lot and like I'd go through the bottle kinda fast and at the price point, I'm just not sure about that. Due to that, I did dock a star because at the price point, that is a lot of product to be using 2x daily.

This serum came in an unsealed box and expires 6 months after opening so it’s one I will want to use daily, especially since the bottle contains 2 ounces, more than is usually offered in a serum. I appreciate that it came with the pump separated from the bottle as too often these things arrive with leaks from the pump. The serum has a white, glue-like appearance and absorbs into my skin super fast. It’s unscented and non-irritating. I love niacinamide and it seems to making an appearance in more and more products these days. This one has it as the third ingredient on the list so it’s in a pretty potent amount. It also contains ceramides which I also love for the superior barrier protection they provide. Since using, my skin breaks out less frequently, looks brighter, and even a little firmer. It’s been a great addition to my skincare routine. I do like to apply a cream or lotion on top as it’s not moisturizing enough in its own, especially for my 50 year-old skin. Overall, I’m very pleased with the performance of this serum and would recommend for all skin types.

I don't know about these 'smoothing serums,' I've tried a few and they just don't seem to do anything for me, this one included. This one has some minimal hydrating properties, but after weeks of usage, I'm not seeing a difference in the smoothness of my skin, so I just stopped including it to my routine, and there isn't a change in my skin there either, so I know it wasn't doing anything. The extra star is for the hydration itself, which was the only nice thing.
