Razor Sharp awesome quality, economically clean design easy use and cleaning

I use this along with the "VOVOLY Professional Zester Grater Slider attachment" to grate ginger, horseradish, and other hard-to-grate foods. I had bee using a microplane but the result was too fine and it was more mush than particles. This thing is great and the slider attachment keeps you from grating your fingers.

Love how this grater works for cheese quickly and easily. This style grater takes less space when using than the standup graters besides being easier to use.

It’s very sturdy built and it shreds the cheese to a fine grade. A plus in my opinion.

This grater is extremely hard to use. The design is awkward and unstable, making it very difficult to control while grating. Worst of all, it cut my hand during the first use. The blades are poorly positioned and not safe. I do not recommend this product at all
