Dr Mercola was the original health guru who researched the research. Interesting read from biography to latest health info.

Info in one place
Found first part a bit tedious but when Mercola got to the point, he gave an excellent account of the Ray Peat/ biogenic approach to energy metabolism. His strength is in explaining complex topics so non scientific people can understand, e.g the Randle cycle. I was surprised that it took him all these years to discover Ray Peat’s writings. He has now added his own touch, e.g. his emphasis on pre/probiotics.I am one of the unlucky ones who has not lost weight following Ray Peat but I am healthier.I like having the information in one place. I have always regretted that Ray did not write a ‘Bioenergetics for dummies’ himself, but this is the next best thing. I wish Georgi Dinkov would also write a book but accept he would have to give up the day job to find the time. Perhaps the authors should be listed as Mercola, Peat and Dinkov.
