I'm using it for more than 2 months now this product is great. Definitely lost my waist size I can see it in my jeans suddenly they are bigger 😃 offcourse this exercise needs to be supported with some diet.

Please, I'm not one to be this negative but my experience of this product is leading me to write this and warn people off. Upon opening, I thought nice. Good looking product, material belt seemed ok and the carry bag was well put together with little compartments for to separate the items. BUT all the good ends there.....The controller uses button fasteners to attach to the belt, not easy to put on. Then there's the pads which I thought were sticky gel pads like my old belt. No, they were buttons too and they took a lot of pressure to fasten in. The manual wasn't very easy to understand either to help me along and then, when I had got it all together I thought to myself, it was simply written over complicated. Finally I used, well.... like I said, these weren't gel pads, they were pads you needed to smoother gel on. So I ended using gel which I was never a big fan of and looking a whole mess afterwards. But first, the sensation was little more than a tingle. I ramped it up but there simply wasn't enough power. I tried again with the back and it was a little more sensation, but I don't really worry about my back. When i took off the pads to try out the arms, one of the fastening buttons broke off. So its now busted. The other won't go in anymore. Its all to much. What a rubbish construction.Its going in the box. Not even worth the hassle to return. Should have realised for 20 bucks it wouldn't have been good. I'll try again with someone else. AWFUl, AWFUL, AWFUL.

Have had this item for about a year the Velcro has worn out but work well and did the job , I got this then it was £27.99 not sure why they put the price up so much now , it help as in disable and it strength muscles

The instruction book is very very poor. The diagram pictures of the control unit are extremely poor photocopies and it is a case of trial and error to actually learn how to set the program you require. The product itself is very well made.

It said arrival at April 15, but it arrived April 8.It was exactly as promised

It was very good at doing what it should,but the actual belt started to wear out quite quickly.
