I prefer active cooling but this was all that was available at the time so I had to make do.It does not fit without slight modification as the heatsink hits the audio jack as stated in other reviews.Cut a notch in it with my bench grinder then had filed to clean up the cut and ensure no metal filings were hanging off to cause a short.

You either have to force it to fit because the mounting holes do not line up correctly or cut one of the corners off because it catches the audio jack. Would not recommend buying.

Hoping to cool the RK3588 a bit with a passive heatsink, I ordered this one as it was really the only larger one available at this time that fit the heatsink mounting holes and wasn't just stuck on.Unfortunately, this heatsink does not fit properly. While you can make it work, the audio jack on the OrangePi5 Plus interferes with the heatsink. I attached some photos to this review to show where the interference happens. A smaller heatsink body and longer arms to compensate would do the trick.This is strictly a CPU heatsink. The memory chips next to the CPU are not fully covered and are not making contact with the bottom of the heatsink due to the CPU being taller and the additional of a heat transfer pad.Overall, while this looks functional, I need to subtract two stars for poor fit. Given the current lack of better solutions, and the cost, it might still be worth ordering while waiting for better solutions to become available.

As with other buyers, It can be made to fit, but the Item is clearly not designed for the 5B Plus, it fouls on the back of the 3.5 jack.
