Great bed, and Top Shelf customer service!
We purchased a Helix mattress five years ago after sleeping on an air-bed for over 20 years. We fell in love immediately with the Helix Luxe, and have recommended it to family and friends since. Just short of five years of ownership we noted a dip in the mattress. A bit confused, I reached out to Helix to see if this was normal. After a few photos and less than a day of deliberation Helix sent us two emails. The first was notification of shipping a replacement, and the second contact info for someone to pick up the old mattress and donate it. Helix totally exceeded our expectations, standing behind their warranty 100%! Things happen in manufacturing, and I suspect our first mattress just had one of the unfortunate things. But when a company is right there behind their product you know it's a company you can get behind in return. We look forward to many more years, and many more recommendations to do business with Helix.
