Low back
Unfortunately very low back. Quality good. Very comfortable. Great for the price.

Very disappointed
I normally do not write reviews, but for this I felt I should. I spent a long time looking for a new sofa. I settled on this one because at the time the only bad review I saw was that it was received damaged, which could be for many reasons but not necessarily a problem with the side itself. The description and reviews made the sectional sound amazing. Between that and the option for monthly payments I went ahead an ordered. As soon as I started to open the boxes I was disappointed. The build quality was definitely much lower than expected. The cushions were not filled with soft padding but with chunks of firm foam. Leaving feeling like you are sitting on a bad of rocks instead of could. I decided to give it some time to see if it would break in some. However after 6 months I still regret this purchase. My old saggy sofa was more comfortable even with the spring poking my butt. I will never order a sofa without trying it in person again.

Worth the money
The only comment i have is that the back is super low but other than that it’s perfect. It came in 5 boxes (4 one day and 1 the next). I took all the cushions and pillows out 3 days before i decided to put it together. It look about 2 hrs to put it together. I did a different configuration and it does need clamps to hold it from sliding apart.. I’m actually pleased with it

Beautiful sectional
It’s better than what I was expecting. All 5 boxes came at the same time and the assembly was easier than I anticipated. The couch is comfortable and very beautiful! Highly recommend!!!

Pictures are deceiving
This is NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. Very upset that we put it all together and now it’s impossible to try to return. Very CHEAP AND OVERPRICED.

Not a "Cloud Couch"
This couch is definitely not a "Cloud Couch", it is very firm and soooo uncomfortable, DO NOT BUY if you want a soft, plush, "cloud couch".

Cheap and damaged you pay for return !!
Please don’t purchase. #1 cheap very cheap. #2 damaged. Holes outside Looks ugly #3 you pay to return. Not worth it. How many more reasons do you need to stay away.
