Carbon Zinc...hmm...why and what is the advantage? I have some analog wall clocks that calls for it, why not alkaline and rechargeable?

Carbon Zinc batteries are for low power consumption accessories wallclock,alarm clock....regular alkaline delivers more power- flashlight, etc. I learned the hard way with my new wall clock kit- CZ!

The description says good until 2019. it's november 2019!!! i won't order these due to that. can this be updated?

I had not noticed that in the description or would have thought same. As it is, I ordered them Nov 2019 and their expiration is Aug 2022.
