The Alcoscan AL6000 allows the customer to insert a pre-calibrated sensor module. Simply remove the top cover, remove the old sensor and snap in a new sensor when required--very easy and quick with no downtime. Cheaper breathalysers do not offer this feature, meaning that you have to return the device to the manufacturer for expensive and time consuming calibration.
