We needed a sturdy toilet and shower chair for a 180-pound adult who uses a wheelchair. This has a slightly wider opening than a more expensive seat I bought previously, and seems a little more padded. Took maybe 15 minutes to assemble following the instructions (parts are numbered, and I had one extra connector). It seems stable to grab onto from the wheelchair. Seems thoughtfully designed; there are a lot of height adjustments as well as width options. Even a little extender to hold a roll of toilet paper, and an optional side pocket for wipes or reading materials.[Amazon please note: Your delivery description was incorrect. The box label must have fallen off somewhere, and there was no name and just a handwritten tracking number on the box. Took me a long time to find it in my apartment's package room and deduce it must be my missing box.]

Easy to put together, nice to have adjustments for size in width and height. Bought this for my mom, and she seems to like it. It seems stable when someone is sitting on it, but I wonder about the longevity due to parts that I don't feel are top quality.

This went together so easily. It’s sturdy and very useful. The seat platform is soft, and it made an otherwise way-too-low toilet usable again. The handrails are excellent as well. Also you can take it into the shower. Recommended.

This is such a great help if you’re having any kind of difficulty with your mobility. I think it took longer to get the pieces out of the plastic protective covers than it did to put it together…. And I’m in my 70’s. My husband is having some problems since he had a stroke. I bought one and liked it so much that I’ve bought another one for a second bathroom. This is really so helpful and we really think it’s a great safety item. A+++
