This thing is pretty sweet and will likely have you labeling everything in your garage if you're anything like me. Metals work great, very difficult for wood. Recommend diode laser if wood is your primary substrate.

I highly recommend Mr. Carve’s S4 20W laser engraving machine. Shipping was fast, and assembly was straightforward. I struggled with the driver software installation, but Mr. Carve’s technical support responded quickly. They scheduled a remote session the next day, spending nearly an hour guiding me through software setup and machine parameters. They also shared valuable tips for my projects. Excellent product and outstanding support—strongly recommend Mr. Carve.

Only came with one lense, only one support. Pictures show two lenses and two piece support. It also came with a foot switch, not mentioned and a rubber Matt.

I have owned this laser a little over a year with no problems. Machine works well and engraves metals easily. I have even managed to cut thin (0.5mm) pieces of silver and gold. My only regret is not going with a higher wattage.
