Never be fooled by GM "Original Equipment". It is NEVER the O.E. part that came on your vehicle from the factory. No matter if it is a radiator cap, a fan clutch, a water pump, whatever. If it is labeled/described as a GM "Original Equipment" part, it will either be made in Mexico, China, or sourced from another nonGM affiliated manufacturer, that never manufactured an O.E. part for their vehicles ........just put in a GM Original Equipment box/package, and sold at a very very very inflated price, to another successfully conned customer!

Will this cap fit 2006 Pontiac grand prix

I think it don't fit because the Pontiac I believe have expansion tank and the cap is different. GMC savana have the cap rigth at the radiator "neck."

Economical OEM cooling system repair part

Sister's Buick kept losing coolant. No leaks at any expected mechanical point and vehicle passed pressure test. New radiator cap cured the problem. Old 2007 cap O rings were brittle.

Nothing better than OEM

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Fit perfectly. Old OEM cap had almost 360,000 miles on it. Was causing an issue with not allowing the radiator to build up proper compression. Once installed, problem went away. I would always recommend OEM when possible.
