Works for migraines.
I get ocular migraines. I use this to navigate the headaches. I take several squirts, under my tongue when I first see the aura start, about every 3-5 minutes until the aura is gone. No bad headache at all. There are many double blind studies reviewed in the NIH website which state Butterbur is even safe for children to take. Great product..!!

ragweed allergy and can't use.
butterbur was recommended to me by a naturpathic dr for my allergies so I bought this. I liked the convenient spray. After 4-5 days of use or less I got tintinitus back which seems to happen when I get subjected to an allergen. After I googled butterbur I found a site that said it you have a ragweed allergy you may be allergic to this. Well, I guess that's me. So I am disappointed it didn't work for me.

Spray bottle didn't work.
Darn spray bottle never worked and didn't get a chance to try it. Will try to contact vendor and/or return it.An update to this... I did call customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. So far so good... butterbur has been good to me and this is an easy way to take it. :-)

Pump gives just the right amount every time.
Two squirts a day is all it takes. I've used Butterbur Extract for several years for migraines. It should be taken every day to build up in your system. If I stop taking it for a while, migraines and allergies/sinus problems come back. This is just one supplement in the arsenal against migraines, but an important one. I also use Feverfew and get plenty of electrolytes on a daily basis. I am on a low-carb, higher fat diet which helps a lot. Back to the Butterbur - the taste is not bad at all. The pump gives you just the right amount every time. I like it much better than swallowing pills.

Question the dose, contains Xylitol.
Didn't notice that it contains Xylitol before ordering. Xylitol is great for dental health, unfortunately, it also a trigger for many with migraines and clusters. Strange that it would be included in a formula for pain relief. I also question that 5,000 mcg is equivalent to 75 mg Oral Dose, I believe that would be 5 mg, doesn't seem likely to me that spraying it in your mouth would make it 15X stronger than swallowing.

No headache relief for hubby
I bought this for my husband to help with headaches, but no relief at all. He feels like it is a migraine. He had better results with his first acupuncture treatment. Maybe this will help someone else, but did not help my hubby.;

Terrible taste
Taste terrible and directions say cannot eat or drink 8 minutes prior or after dosage. It’s so bitter and nasty I think it does help with allergies and headaches but I won’t repurchase
