Peggs are a delicious and nutritious replacement for eggs. Two tricks that improve them. First mix the water and Peggs an hour before you intend to use them. Makes for a more "eggy" consistency. Second add mooch.

The one to one ratio of powder to water is a bit too thick and cake like. I have seen it thinned with milk of choice which might be a better consistency. Definitely more convenient that Just Egg but not quite as good.

for customer service. They sent me over a dozen packages that I did not order and have not responded to any of my emails or website requests. They do not have a phone number so you cannot speak to anyone. Meanwhile I am out the money for things I did NOT order. This is not a company I would like to do business with. As far as their product I did like it and have ordered in the past. But because of the fraudulant ordering, I will not order from then again.

We bought this to compare to Just Egg Plant Based Egg. Just Egg is like cooking with chicken eggs. Peggs has a sticky rubbery consistency. We won’t purchase again.
