4.5 stars. This is a great item. I bought this for around $1,000 when comparing similar sets at other (big box & discount) retailers, often found for twice the price. On this set: the price, the style, the comfort, the quality is all fairly decent. Be patient, the shipping can be a little weird. If this set’s features and price are in your realm, then you should definitely buy this. Is it the best outdoor set on the market? No, but at this price point, the quality is very appropriate and very sufficient. It’s lightweight metal (aluminum (probably alloy) I believe), which makes it easy to move around and should perform well resisting rust. The cushions are fairly comfortable and acceptable for style. The fabric is not waterproof, so I plan to scotchgard them and buy patio cushion bags and bring them inside when not in-use. The instructions are “ok” and not terrible. They give you some extra pieces. There is a little design/execution flaw on one of the sofas (screwing it tight would cause the sofa to bow) To help: Basically, just don't screw the bolts all the way in until you have all the pieces and bolts at least partially in. Then go back and tighten everything. Downsides: the cushions could be a better material to resist water. the metal furniture pieces somehow attracts and hold water inside their hollow cavities (hollow metal pieces IS expected and normal). I think this may only be an issue with freezing temps after rain, which could cause a piece to bulge/bust. One of my pieces had damage, but I’ll be contacting the manufacturer for help soon. Overall, I don’t have any buyers remorse and I'm happy with the set. If I got a similar set anywhere else, it would be double the cost. Bonus: the metal won’t fall apart in the sun like wicker or rattan will. I’m looking forward to this lasting 5-10 years.

So I ordered this set for my patio back in October 2023. We used the set a handful of times throughout the fall season. This particular set is very comfortable and the build quality is top notch. Assembly was easy and straightforward, just ensure you’re using a flat area and it’s a breeze. Keeping everything level is key. The ONLY issue I ran into was by not keeping the set covered over the winter. When it rains, water does tend to get trapped inside the metal slats. Water must have gotten inside the metal slats and then froze over winter, causing the metal to swell and rupture. If I would’ve known this was a possibility, I would’ve simply ordered a patio furniture cover to shield the set from the rain that ended up freezing inside the slats. Easy preventative measure. The only area of the furniture that was affected by this was the area you sit on, not the backrest portion or armrest area. So after realizing this, I contacted their customer service department and provided pictures of the damage that occurred. Without hesitation, Cherry (customer service representative) shipped me brand new seating panels for both my 3 person couch and 2 person loveseat (covered under warranty). The single chairs were unaffected. For this swift response to my issue, I’m leaving a five star review. Customer service is paramount.

Although the item marked as fully delivered, it was not. I only got the table and started a return. The seller was service-oriented and assured me that the rest was on the way. It was indeed- and the rest of the complete set came a few days later. The product itself is all i could’ve hoped for. I’ve seen lesser quality products for double the price. Highly recommend both the set and the seller. Totally satisfied.

We love this set! We find the cushions very comfortable. The set is light so it is easy to move and rearrange if you desire. We did have a frame issue after a cold winter. I purchased the insurance which was a waste of money. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE! The seller CONTACTED ME after leaving a review mentioning my issue. Their customer service was exceptional. I received a replacement part immediately! We are very happy customers with our patio furniture and of the seller!

I ordered this 5pc set. The look is great! The non damaged itsms are great. Ths cushions R firm but nice quality and they won't be worn down too quickly. The sofa and loveseat came in the 1st package. They were beautiful! Second package was the 2 chairs. We Put them together, both were scratched. Coffee table came last, 4 days after. When I called amazon to replace the 2 damaged chairs they told me that I would have to disassemble all 5 pc and send it back for a refund. After waiting to get the patio set they really said that. I told them the other pieces are fine. Its the 2 chairs. No budge by Amazon. I said I threw all the huge boxes out, what do I do? The "manager" said we are going in circles and I would have to return everything, they cannot replace the 2 chairs. The wrong pamphlet came in the box too. The company of the set is different than the pamphlet they sent me. Something has changed with amazon. Its a shame Honestly, being a prime member doesn't even matter any more. I decided to keep everything and not return the 5 pcs. I posted my review saying I love the furniture but the chairs were scratched and that amazon won't replace the damaged chairs. THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME PERSONALLY AFTER READING HOW I WAS TREATED BY THE BIG NAME. THEY MADE SURE THEY REPLACED THE 2 DAMAGED CHAIRS. I AM GRATEFUL THAT THEY CARED AND MADE THIS RIGHT. I LOVE OUR PATIO FURNITURE AND I KNOW THIS SET WILL LAST FOR MANY YEARS! THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now if Amazon can get back to making sure the customer is satisfied. This company CARES!!
