This is the best TMG I have found! It is a higher dose per capsule at 1500mg, but the capsules are still small and easy to swallow. I have definitely noticed better sleep as I have been consistently taking TMG now for a couple months. I will update back on the full effectiveness after I have my next round of labs.

Great, i love this addition to ny supplements. However, they have silica/silicon dioxide and im not supporting anything longer buying supplements with this nanotechnology so i want you to know and the brand.

I've been using NatureBell TMG 1,500mg for a few months, and the results have been impressive. This supplement has played a significant role in helping me maintain normal blood pressure levels, consistently about 10-15 points lower than before. It also provides a noticeable boost in energy levels throughout the day, which has been a game-changer for staying active and productive.

I was so impressed with this the first time i took just ONE of them; it really mellowed me out, it felt kind of like a Xanax.It's a bit sedating so best for afternoon or evening. The 2nd and 3rd time it was not as potent.It does seem to reduce sex drive in this 54 year old man which I did not like.So this is something those who don't care about sex drive otherwise you will be disappointed in some aspects. It's certainly more for senior citizens and people with memory and brain issues and sex drive is not a priority. So I won't be taking this often but I would share it with someone in that demographic to try it for brain health, memory, etc.
