Great recipes and ways to help you feel like it isn’t a limiting diet.I started the AIP diet because I am allergic to most of the items that are avoided within the diet. I still have to substitute several things but it isn’t too difficult to do.I like that the diet uses good food and shows ways to have items that “cheat” without cheating. Like cheese made from other ingredients.I refer to this cookbook weekly when planning my meals.The AIP Nachos are awesome👏

This book is a life saver!
This book is amazing! I thought I wasn’t going to be able to have any food with flavor when I started on the AIP diet, and these recipes are very yummy! I’m a total beginner in the kitchen and these recipes were very easy to follow. Highly recommend if you are doing AIP and want tasty food.

Great recipes
Great recipes which are pretty easy to follow and taste good too.Helpful in getting started on an elimination diet for auto immune and other diseases

It's a great book unfortunately I have allergies to avocado and a lot of the recipes call for that other than the recipes are easy to follow

Gets the basics just right
There’s a good emphasis on AIP sauces and staples here, which are what really helps you go far on this protocol. I need to keep my meal prep simple and don’t mind using the same few whole foods, but a little goes a long way with keeping things interesting. My favorite AIP book so far - thank you, Sophie!

Godsend
Started AIP without much time to prepare week one was miserable and I had no idea what to cook. This book has so many phenomenal recipes and is so easy to follow. Makes this big life change a lot easier!

Not enough good recipes
I bought this looking for good nightshade free recipes. I did not find enough that were good tasting. Also, many had expensive ingredients.

Great tasting easy to cook food
I was told I have Hashimoto 5 months ago and it’s been a journey to find food that is easy to cook with flavor. This cook book has been great. I can finely eat a sandwich, I made the turmeric tortillas and used them as a wrap for a chicken sandwich. The rosemary and thyme focaccia bread is next on my list to make. Another favorite is the one pot chicken bake. I recommend this book for easy recipes that have a lot of flavor. The front of the book has good information on the autoimmune protocol, I would say the recipes are the best part of this book. I recommend it if you are looking for easy things to cook that taste great.
