Great tape, does the trick, don’t leave it out in the sun though goes all sticky

Not one continuous roll, both of the ones I ordered were joined less than half way, noot a big, just a bit tedious. Other than that, the backing peels really easily, the glue however is super sticky, so beware if you go wrong at all. Its not as elestic as other tapes I've used, so I'm not sure how much it seals around the deck screw, I'm assuming that the glue does the job.

Amazingly sticky, good price

Works well for my intended use, which was temporarily sealing up gaps between the wooden slats of my ageing garden shed. The tape stuck very strongly to the stained and bare wood, and has sealed the gaps up very nicely, not exactly the use this was created for, but has done a good job none the less. I've given it 4 stars as the paper backing tape is a little difficult to remove cleanly, and sometimes leave little slivers of paper that still need removing, not a massive pain, but could be better if the backing tape was a cleaner cut along the edges.

Seems good decking tape

Excellent product. I’m doing a deck drainage system and had another product that I thought was okay. I ran out and bought this one because it came the fastest. It is much stronger and sticks better than the other. I wish now I had done it all with this product

I used this joist tape on deck joists. It was very good at sticking to the wood. It also seems thick enough to last for years. Hopefully it will protect the wood as intended. Although it was a little difficult at times to peel the backing strip off intact, it was mostly easy to work with.

Very happy customer. Good adhesion to freshly painted joists (45mm). I like the principle that the nail/screw shaft won’t allow water penetration thru to the timber because the butyl adhesive closes around it and seals it tight

Es un producto ideal para sellar fugas de agua, éste en particular aunque ya lo he usado todavía no lo he podido comprobar. Me gusta porque es negro y liso y me va perfectamente a la puerta de hierro dónde lo he puesto, he usado más cinta de butilo y me ha funcionado perfectamente.

It works but the backing tap was a nightmare to take off. You have to be very gentle and slow for it to come off in one go, otherwise you have to pick bits of paper off as you go.
