Bought this for my Halloween party and was so happy with the quality and look of this costume! It’s obviously a costume material but it doesn’t look cheap at all. There are little ties on the front skirt that you can cinch up and the corset area is elastic (I bought another one over it). The costume does run very big. If you’re in between sizes, I would recommend sizing down twice. I’m normally a L-XL and definitely should have got the M. But great value for the money and was comfortable all night!

Super cute costume! It does run pretty large. I’m 5’8 and 210. Originally ordered an XL but returned it for a medium and it fit great! The costume isn’t exactly as advertised,, the grommets on the front are not on the dress as in the picture, and the hat comes folded up,, so make sure you give it time to shape out. I added accessories to make it look a little better since it is kinda plain,, but u don’t have to.

This outfit was disappointing. I had bought it for a themed cruise. The outfit looked very cheap. It does not look the same as the picture. The dress is longer and higher on the top.

Reviews are about right. Bodice isn’t right. Cute costume. Loved it for the renaissance faire once I added a corset. Ordered a new one since I got the sleeves irreparably dusty at the Colorado Ren Fair (if you know you know) but was super disappointed when I opened the new one today for the Nebraska Pirate Festival to see I’d been sent an obvious return with stains all over the sleeves. Honestly probably would have just stuck with the dusty ones had I known I wouldn’t be getting clean sleeves. (Dusty pair on top pictured to prove I’m not just blaming the new package on the damage to the old ones.)

Definitely not worth $50. The hat came out bent crazy and isn’t the type of material that can easily recover from ugly bends. The separate sleeves are sooo tight it almost cuts off my arm circulation. The dress is also much longer than advertised, hitting me mid thigh versus short like depicted in the picture (I’m also 5’9” so this should be less of an issue). The picture is also deceiving because the costume lacks the bodice details as shown (no buttons going down the front). With all that being said, the costume is still cute and there are no other pirate costumes that look anything like it so I’m still going to wear it for Halloween LOL. The dress is quite comfortable too and very stretchy! I could fit my usually XL self into a medium! I went with the large for more arm room.

I’m normally plus size (195 lbs, 5’1”) and fit into a medium. It’s very stretchy. However, it didnt give much of a figure. I wore a corset on top. I also pinned up the sides so there was more volume on the hips, and put a petticoat underneath. I thought the hat was fine, my husband thought it was sad and limp, we have other pirate hats so I just used a different one. I think it’s a really good costume especially for if you are a bigger person, just need a strapless bra and a few tweaks!

The product is great quality. I ordered a small because other reviews said it runs a bit large, and it fit perfectly. For reference, I’m 5’11” and 140 lbs. I have no complaints it’s perfect for a Ren Fair. Just a heads up, it’s more of a true white rather than the slightly tinted white shown in the photo, but I actually preferred that. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it!

Fabric is very cheap and the hat arrived very wrinkled. I could not use my costume and needed to buy a new one.

Impress with sizing. I ordered way too big because I’m used to these things arriving way too small. I need to take it in. Use caution in that respect, otherwise costume was amazing.
