The 5 stars are for the tase . I have already been taking collagen for almost 2 years i gave it up because there was biotin in it which did make my hair grow super thick but it complicated my blood reading giving me high TSH this is something to do with thyroid also my liver readings. I have to go back and have another blood test next week. There was only 800mg of collagen in the last collagen i was taking but it still did a fabulous job of keeping my skin healthy and giving me a glow which i am hoping to maintain with this collagen. I will definitely will know within 6 weeks if i am maintaining my lovely skin and keeping my glow. When i took my first dose today i was pleasantly surprised by the great taste. I will come back in 6 weeks and let you know. I get so angry at doctors saying it does nothing much. Millions of women are taking it. If they dont feel they are benefitting they would not continue to buy it. I know what is done for me and im not rich its a lot of money to pay out every month. I would hate to be without it now this is the best value for money as i have checked them all out. Also there is 1100mg of collagen in this one.

Love this collagen ! Easy enough when travelling , taste is good as not as nasty as other collagen powders/liquids . Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price , very expensive for the amount . I only use these when going away and continue to use my powder collagen ( cheaper and just as good and effective)

I’ve been taking this collagen for over a month now and I can already see noticeable results. The skin under my eyes looks better with fewer fine lines and overall my skin feels more firm and refreshed. I’ve tried both the Mango and Blackcurrant flavors. Mango is definitely my favorite and tastes great. The Blackcurrant one was a bit artificial for me and reminded me of BCAA drinks so I probably won’t reorder that flavor but I will keep buying the Mango. I also really appreciate that this collagen doesn’t include a bunch of unnecessary additives or huge doses of vitamins like biotin. I already take a multivitamin and prefer my collagen to be simple and clean. The only downside is the price - it’s quite expensive when you calculate it monthly. I wish it were more affordable but overall I’m very happy with the product and the results.

These tasted really good and I enjoyed taking the supplements. Couldn't see much improvement to skin but I only took for the 14 days. Do think they're quite expensive.

Quite runny but tasty and lighter than other collagen liquid strips

I’ve tried a lot of collagens and though I like the one I’m currently taking I decided to try this one because of the amount and types of collagen. It’s delicious. I tried the mango. I was skeptical because of the reviews that said it tasted horrible.. made people gag, etc. this is entirely not true. I’m taste and texture sensitive and It’s just the right sweetness in fact it tasted just like mango. No fishy taste which is what I was concerned about the most because I hate cod liver oil. I love the convenient sachets as well. It has all of the types of collagen and other supplements needed for hair, skin and nails.

These taste great after the first one. After that you’re good to go. They have great collagen and protein content. I’m dieting and getting older so definitely trying to help my skin the healthy way. Really love these & you will too. I keep mine in the fridge and they’re handy in the morning to get you going when you’re in a hurry to get out the door. Grab one and drink on your way…

I know it sometimes takes, you know, like some months for you to feel a difference, but I swear I can feel a difference. And i've only been taking it four days. I haven't quite seen or noticed a difference in my hair, skin or nails, but i'm sure that in time, I will. Where I feel the biggest difference is in energy, which was, I was not expecting. And in my flexibility, I like have a little extra pep to my step. I'm going up and downstairs with ease, walking with ease, and like I said, i've only been taking it four days. Now I can't speak to how it will work with everybody, but for me, this is my experience. I love it and highly recommend it. I mean, at the very least, try it out. See if it works for you. I read a review where somebody said they take it twice a day. I only take it once a day (as recommended), in the morning. I just shake up the little pouch, real quick, and drink it down. The flavor is really good too! I keep it room temperature, but if you put it in the fridge, that would be cool too, because then it'll taste a nice chilled fruity beverage. *smile* A little background- I had really bad pain in my joints prior to me starting this. I was in constant pain; my knees, ankles, and my feet. It was frustrating for me to have to walk any distance, to exercise all this kind of stuff, but like I said since I've been taking it, I can definitely feel a difference. So I give it 10 stars.

These are delicious and very easy to have quickly before rushing out. Life changing since I used the powder collagen which was thick in a smoothy I could never finish! Love these!

This stuff is delicious and easy on my stomach. However, I spent 4 days not being able to be further away from a toilet than 7 feet. I only got 2 doses down (why only 3 stars). Highly recommended to me, but no one talks about the effects of taking this dose of collagen, if we need to work our way up to it (half packet?), and an average of how long it normally takes to settle down. I have a 22 hour international flight coming up, and I don’t want to have to deal with these kinds of tummy issues on the plane.
