My 1st impression was the non foaming, I felt it would not clean as well as normal toothpaste, but something was different after brushing, my teeth and mouth felt cleaner & fresher for longer. Now I could not go back to foaming toothpaste that's messy. I have sensitive teeth and used a sensitive toothpaste so was a little anxious, but I would say I have less sensitive teeth now. I have been using for a few weeks now, and I love it, its not messy, its easy to use, leaves a longer fresher feeling, I use along side my oil pulling product, and I like the effect I am getting, my teeth are cleaner and brighter. To me the vegan side, no harsh abrasive materials, and not tested on animals is an added bonus. It is 100% natural ingredients, free from the nasties including microbeads and artificial sweeteners and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. I need not have had concerns, I am very happy with the results. It doesn't leave the chemical, overpowering aftertaste of most toothpastes. I find that most standard toothpastes have a very strong and unpleasant flavour which dries out your mouth. They also contain a chemical to make them foam that seems to numb your tongue and affect the taste of food and drink afterwards.The packaging of this tooth powder is attractive and before it is even open you can smell the spearmint aroma which is fresh and appealing. The jar is filled with a very fine white powder which is soft to the touch. You pour some of the powder on your hand and then dip in a wet toothbrush to pick it up.The feel of the powder is interesting, much more mild than conventional toothpaste with a softer, lighter feel. The powder is not abrasive but after cleaning your teeth they feel almost glass like, similar to the feeling after a clean and polish at a dentist.I'm pleased to find this product as the results are very good and it doesn't suffer from the aftertaste problem. However I find it really messy and fiddly to use, and I'm not entirely sure how much I should be using either.You have to spoon an amount onto your hand, then scoop up with wet toothbrush, it can spill, your hand is covered in partially dissolved powder...
