Works great, quality is good right down to the packaging. This thing is a lot of fun!

ROV FAIL
We have purchased two of these ROV both failed first couple dives. Never received a reply from email support. Absolutely poor product and poor support.

Cannot Pair/Great Customer Service
I’ve tried, and even had my adult son attempt to pair the unit to my phone and it does not recognize the WiFi and not sure this is part of the issue, but the app is not specific for the V-Evo. Now it’s past the return window and I cannot set this up. A lot of money wasted. Last ditch effort, I will reach out to the company. Edited: Reaching out to the company was the best thing I could have done. After just a few emails back and forth, in an attempt to rule out certain steps and confirming the unit is disabled, they have refunded me the entire cost. The drone did have an issue preventing to to pair to the WiFi thus I am bumping the rating up, solely on the great customer service satisfaction.

Short lifespan.
Deserves less than 1 star. Dead on second trip out. Cable lost signal, replacement cable is $400. Continual problems with app connection to an android operating system. Spend a bit more and get a more polished product.

Broke After 2nd Use
Worked great for one use. Second use got water in the camera and lost connection. Won't work after restart. Apparently this is a repeat problem if you look in their own forums. Support is having me ship it to get fixed which is aggravating as I get one vacation a year to use it and can't use it this year now. Save yourself the headache and skip this brand.

Battery issues
Used once then battery would hold a charge. Sent it in for repair

Trash. Was referbished- but sold as new
We bought as new and it appears to be refurbished. The camera department flooded with water and we opened it to see what was causing the leak and it has been pryed open before. And there is handwriting on the battery. We have used this drone less than an hour.

Not for saltwater use
Probably a good drone for fresh water, wouldn’t recommend for saltwater
