Fat Flush Kit

I really didn't change the way I ate, however, I was never a carbs person, so pasta, bread, etc. wasn't an issue for me. With this product, I still eat popcorn a few times a week (Jolly Time only; ww suggestion), I still drink a few cocktails a week, I drink 9 glasses of water a day, fish, scrambled eggs, a tuna fish sandwich every day for lunch, baby spinach sauteed in coconut oil, I do the cranberry life cocktail, etc. (see the Fat Flush Plan book) I also have the Fat Flush Plan cookbook. I went by the Fat Flush Plan book and purchased both the PURE unsweetened cranberry juice (Mountain Sun $10 for 32oz) I'm so pleased that this product works so well and seamlessly. I don't have to eat some weird food or take a ridiculous amount of pills every day...been there done that, won't be doing that again ever! I'm a Fat Flusher for life!The shakes are delicious. and Nutrition53 Lean1 Healthy Lifetyle Shake/Protein Powder, $24 for 1.3lbs). I bought the Chocolate one, I used one scoop with vanilla (sweetened or unsweetened) almond milk and frozen fruit berry medley (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) I put it in my magic bullet (no sweetener needed for me) and BOOM! The most awesome velvety chocolate fruit shake you will ever enjoy! THANK you for Fat Flush...it is truly amazing. I lost 7;bs. which put me into my first mini goal, and out of a certain range, that is awesome!

I have had incredible difficulty taking these GIANT pills. My fiance and I have been trying to come up with alternatives, such as breaking them open and extracting the essential powder and oil from them, but this is messy, time-consuming, and not very pleasant tasting, to be honest. It's rather disconcerting to swallow a pill and have it get stuck in your throat. Actually, it's terrifying. I will not be ordering these again.

I really cant tell if its working yet but shipment came fast. Dont be confused by the picture as the book doesnt come with it that is just a pamphlet.

I do think this product is somewhat helpful in weight loss; here's why...My appetite did disminish to some degree and I think it gave me some extra energy. What I really liked was how it affected my skin and hair, which are normally dry. My skin looks dewey and softer, and my hair is shininer, for sure. My husband even noticed my skin (he never notices anything, trust me) So, I think it's worth trying and I will order my second batch. After that, I think it will get too expensive to order every month, so I'll just try to find replacements at the health food store for cheaper. Hope this helps.

I feel really good using this product. It helps with the diet I have lost 13lbs in 3 weeks, I am getting some more.

The Fat Flush Shakedown is an awesome way to get rid of belly fat within two weeks! I have not been working out and have been faithfully following two shakes a day with the supplements. The best way I found was to add 1 peach and 4 oz. of blueberries, raspberries or strawberries with 8 oz water, 3 oz crushed ice with 1 tablespoon of FLAX OIL (this is important for weight loss!)and the Body Protein powder. It tastes great and I HATE protein powders!I lost 5 pounds in the first three days. I am not a large person. I weighed 124 and dropped to 119 in the first week! I had been "stuck" at 120 for the past year1 I couldn't move the scale below that number! I am in my second week and I am amazed! I am 55 years old,. so that is saying a lot!!My Boyfriend is doing it too, but has cheated a little. He dropped 7 pounds in the first week.

Item shipped quickly. Don't know if I can honestly say it has made a difference. I use the Fat Flush Program, which does work. I started using the diet program before I got the Fat Flush Kit, and I can't say I have noticed any changes.

Used as directed and all it did was make me feel jittery and nauseous. lost weight from those awful feelings, but it wasn't a lasting solution.
