This was a good deal for a 2-pack and something that is always good to have around the house, especially during cold and flu season. It helps keep nasal passages moist and clear without any medicine, which I like. The saline mist is gentle, easy to use, and works well for everyday dryness or congestion. I would definitely keep buying this for home use.

I use morning and evening and sometimes in between. Excellent if you have a cold or stuffy head. This dispenser is brilliant because your body fluids do not get sucked back into the container to contaminate the contents. It is much better and in the end cheaper than the plastic squeeze bottles sold in drugstores.

Works well for stuffed nose , or just daily cleaning if needed . At least 1 - 2 times a week to maintain sinus. Very good if you have allergies 🤧! Salt water base , no harsh chemicals. Works fast .

Sleep is very important to our health as is breathing through our noses. Our noses provide an essential filtration system that many of us by pass when breathing through our mouths. I use this every night before bed to remove any blockage/nasal congestion. This allows for me to have deep sleep and removes any possible snoring disruptions. No dry mouth for me in the morning. I also love that the ingredients are clean and simple. Overuse of steroid nose sprays concern me for future health.

I have been using this nasal spray for a few years now, and it continues to keep my nasal passages feeling fresh and less inflamed. I've tried the eucalyptus version and did not like the smell or way it felt, so sticking with this original formula. I held back on one star because every once in a while an order includes a canister that is not dispensing very well (clogged or the trigger is weak).

Totally works great. I have a problem every night getting stuffed up. When I use this every night it has been a game changer . Better night sleeps . Actually waking up with not feeling so stuffy anymore.
