I ordered 2 of these items and both were defective. The material is very cheap and it seems there is NO quality control when manufacturing them. One of the lids didn't pop open so I couldn't use it as a water bottle unless I unscrewed the large lid. The side handle is held in place with a very flimsy metal sleeve, which was broken and falling out. For the high price I paid and the good reviews of this product, I caution any future buyers. These are giant pieces of junk, not worth the price.

Great product, well built. This is my second one.

The handle was trying to come off the 3rd day of me using it. It’s still trying to come off it looks like there’s a piece missing from it but other then that it seems to do just fine.

Love it. Nice design and keeps water cold most of the day.

Don’t have to worry about water anymore when I’m working double shift.

Very cheap product. The threading for the screw-open top is designed so that the mouthpiece always lands where the handle is so that, if you were to open the mouthpiece to drink water, you would have to hold both hands to drink because the handle gets in the way. That doesn't really matter though, because the mouthpiece constantly gets stuck and will not open. Honestly, this is a waste of money.
