Super useful and nice to use on the whole body
I bought these for hospital but I ended up having a C-section so I didn't use them for the intended purpose. I have used them though for other things, mainly on my breasts when breastfeeding (mastitis and other pains) or on the forehead. They don't stay cold that long but that's actually what I like about them, they're never too cold that it's painful and they do the job and relieve pain effectively! I like the little beads, they're easy to use on different areas because of their shape and size. I think they're good value for money as I've been using them for months and they're still as new!

Amazing quality, used after my episiotomy as it was the perfect shape, great for the price, can use for loads of things, I love the fact it came with pouches to put them in so youโre not placing it directly onto skin

Useless for haemorrhoids due to shape
Not designed for a man, clearly not designed for haemorrhoids. Clearly designed for women postpartum which is fine/great, but if you're a man with piles please don't think you're going to be able to use it for that purpose. I'd argue it's likely useless for women with haemorrhoids, too

Does the job. Used it for my sciatica. I didnโt use the sheath it came with and I used for too long so it burned my back. So, always use the sheath for long use.
