Does this kill covid 19 even though it is alcohol-free? How?

You probably mean does it kill the Coronavirus. Covid-19 is the illness caused by the current version of the Coronavirus. To prevent Covid-19 you must kill or avoid the coronavirus. So, does it kill the Coronavirus? Hopefully. That's what I use it for.  Soap and water, bleach, alcohol do the same thing. It's not hard to kill when it's on a surface. Like soap and water it probably breaks down the outer shell of the virus when it comes into contact with the virus and is left in contact for long enough. So, let it dry. Sorry, I'm no expert.

Is it similar to the clinell universal wipes? does it have a clinical scent?  it works out about (£0.04 /count). not (£0.01/count).  thanks.

The smell is not strong if at all unless you get your nose very close to it which I'm assuming you wouldn't do anyway. There are 2 types of Clinell wipes, the blue are to clean outer skin, not to be used on obvious cuts etc. The green pack of 200 Clinell wipes which I think you refer to as Clinell Universal Wipes are to clean any surface. Both are medical grade and used in hospitals. If you want to ensure something is clean, then these two products are probably the best on the market in my view. I take the smaller packs of 40 out with me in my handbag for handy use when using a public toilet. Invaluable on occasion. *not sure about the cost working out though

Does "200 (Pack of 6)" mean I will get 6 packets of 200 wipes? The "Style" and "Size" wording is kinda confusing

A pack of 200 for around 9.27 uk pounds I think is all you will get for the 9.27 or its US dollar equivalent, i don't think you will get 6 packs of 200 for 9.27...I have no clue what the "6 count" means....but unlikely to be 6 packs...you normally add how many packs you want on the quantity button....hope that helps, check with supplier...they will also advise
