I personally struggle when trying to sleep and the minimum noise wakes me up.I have tried normal earplug, very uncomfortable, no sound proof and no results.Long time ago a friend recommended to use silicone earplugs and found this ones. Since then, they are always in my monthly Amazon basket.The quality is very good, just need to warm them a little, rolling them with your fingers, shape and fit them bro your ear. They stick perfectly and remain the whole night plugged until you remove them.The first time I remember I used to hear my heart beats which found it quite relaxing but the most important, you do not hear anything, they are very effective. You will only hear very close noises as for example if your phone alarm goes off next to you.In the label explains how to clean and seems very easy but I honestly do not waste my time as they are not very expensive so I use a pie for every 2-3 days.

I’m a mid-light sleeper with sensitive hearing, who lives next to a busy park, in a noisy house, with a partner with sleep apnea AND I generally have some sleep issues myself already. I’ve been sleeping with Loop Quiet/sleep for a while now and although they mostly let me sleep through most noises, this year there have been some Wren’s nesting near the house and their calls (starting for some reason at 4.30am!) have been going straight through my earplugs and honestly I was starting to feel murderous. Then I found these. Their decibel reduction is similar to the loops, so I didn’t hold out much hope, but that first night I used them I slept RIGHT through. I was astonished. Considering I could still hear the air conditioner that’s in the room and some other sounds, I didn’t have much hope, but they have honestly saved my sanity.Pros-Block out sounds, especially higher pitched ones it seems.Comfortable for side sleepers.I can have the windows open at night now!They come in a nice sturdy little case.They’re kind of flesh coloured so not too noticeable if wearing in public.If your ears are smaller you can just pinch a bit off each ball so you don’t get too much over spill.Cons-A faff, ok once you’re used to them.They get a bit gross, no matter how clean your ears are.Ultimately they are disposable so not great environmentally.Personally, my ears can feel a little uncomfortable when pushing them into place, but once in and sealed, they are comfy.My girl-sideburns get stuck in them sometimes.If my ears become waxy overnight they can come loose and ease themselves out.Overall, I’m glad I tried them and will continue to use them while I need them!

Soft and comfortable silicone earplugs that fit well and reduce noise effectively. However, they tend to get dirty quite quickly and need frequent cleaning or replacement. Good for occasional use and sleep, but less ideal for long-term daily use.

Soft, comfortable and work extremely well to block out those snoring partners - good noise cancellation. Easy to use and can reuse a few times. Don’t break apart which a lot of other brands do.

Having a husband who snores, ear plugs are a must! I’ve tried many different types over the years, and these silicone ear plugs are some of the best I’ve found.They mould easily to fit the shape of your ear and, once positioned correctly, they stay in place well. It can take a few attempts at first to get them seated properly, but once you get the hang of it, they work really well.Overall, they’re a good quality product and offer great value for money.

I love these and keep buying them. Have been purchasing them for 5 years, they’re my go-to earplugs. Comfy wear even for hours on end with a motorcycle helmet.

Ho provato svariati tappi per dormire e questi devo dire che sono piuttosto confortevoli e non danno fastidio anche tenendoli tutta notte.Per quanto riguarda la copertura del rumore fanno il loro lavoro, non bloccano completamente il suono ma riducono decisamente i rumori fastidiosi.Li ho trovati migliori dei classici tappi di spugna e più confortevoli di quelli a tre sezioni.
