Not too sweet, but just right!
Delish! I like cold sweets, so I keep the bars in my freezer! And, it takes longer to eat and enjoy. The frosting is wonderful. Buy, try!

Just Okay
Not horrible, just okay. The texture takes some getting used to (it's chalky, soft and gritty - at the same time!), and for my tastes, the outer coating is too sweet. Would I repurchase? Not likely. I'll stick with the NuGo Slim Gluten Free Chocolate Mint Bars.

My favorite flavor
If you have to eat a protein bar, this is the best choice. It’s still a bit chalky but it’s what you expect from a protein bar.

Key lime is my favorite
Great protein source and perfect as part of a breakfast or morning snack. The key lime isn't dry like some of the chocolate or PB flavors and the taste is refreshing. I eat these several times a week.

Love key lime pie, love most key lime flavored things, HATED this. The coating is okay, and that is the best thing on the bar. They are gritty, and there might be a bit of key lime flavor, but not much. There is a underlying flavor that reminds me of when I sanded a varnish covered dresser without a dust mask. A faint hint of chemical treated saw dust was in my food for about a week. So not going to buy another one. I guess the person that recommend these has no real taste buds as she said they were fairly good.

These bars are the only ones I’ll eat and key lime is definitely one of the best flavors.

Actually Incredible
Pleasantly surprised. These might be the best bars I’ve had that are gluten and dairy free. Definitely like the dipped style. Please don’t ever get rid of these.

Yuck
Three stars because vegan protein bars are just not good in general, so the deck is stacked. Apparently it's a tough job to get decent flavor and texture without animal bits. As much as I wanted to like it, this key lime flavor is just weird and bitter. I really like some of the other No Cow flavors, generally the "traditional" ones like anything with PB and/or chocolate. Stay away from fruity or creative flavors.
