White Chocolate and Strawberry Pancake Mix

I have just recently started to buy Bob's Red Mill products and I am loving them! This pancake mix is so delicious. I think it's superb quality, in my humble opinion. Nutrition wise, I am a diabetic so it's not the greatest for me but I do portion and it's lasting. Go ahead and try it if you like white choco and strawberries. Yum!

Most people don't know pancakes were probably started as sheetpan breakfast cakes. Search sheetpan pancake on YT. I do prefer using pancake and waffles mixes like this one instead of scratch. The YT videos cover from scratch. If you go to Bob's Amazon store and ask for recipes on sheetpan pancake they will send you how to use their mixes. Or you can make the pancakes and waffles the usual way. I just prefer the oven... Unless I'm wanting actual waffles and I use the stuffed waffles maker i got on Amazon. Worth the money, i use sheetpan i brush spread olive oil on the pan before putting in the mixture ... then when they are done, i wait 5-10 of cooling it makes cutting it into 4-8 pieces. Good for couple to few days in fridge. I do put in olive oil in the mixture closer to pancake texture. Very easy to make them, after a while and few tries you come up other ways and timing to do them. Bob's is family and employee owned. Similar to Annie's brand in nutrition and ingredients except they are a baking company.

White chocolate strawberry pancakes are delicious. At first I was hesitant to purchase because I really only wanted one pack to try , but my wife and I love them so much that we would be ordering it again anyway.

Might taste too sweet for those that prefer sweetness from jelly or syrups, but I so loved this easy to prepare pancake mix. Awesome value for the money and different from the same old usual.

These are pretty good, not as sweet as I expected, but they are still delicious and really easy to mix and make. We couldn’t taste the white chocolate and the strawberry wasn’t very strong. They smelled really good though! Good value and ingredients. I really like and trust this brand.

My grandsons absolutely love these pancakes!

1 of the 4 packages in the box wasn’t completely sealed. about an inch of the top of the packet was open in the middle. Made a very big mess pulling it all out of the box. White powder, mix and chips all over the table and the floor when I pulled it out of the box. Haven’t tried the pancakes yet, but they smell so good in the box. Can’t wait to try them.
