Very tasty!
I like pumpkin seeds and purchased this just to add to a healthy diet and am pleasantly surprised! Wasn't sure if I'd like the taste as the color is a little "odd" looking, but it's very "wholesome" tasting and yet it's not overpowering. I mix it in with some olive oil for my salad dressing and really enjoy it. It's very good for you too. I highly recommend as it's well worth it!

Id give it 5 stars but I dont have anything to compare it to. Its definitely robust and I'd think its completely the "real deal". Im definitely not a fan of the taste but atleast its not fake. Its smoothe, dark, and oily with a distinct flavor. I bought it to help with nutrition and fertility, so doen the hatch it will go.

Rich roasted taste
This came to me fast and in good condition. It has a dark rich roasted flavor. It is oil so expect an oily taste. Incorporate it in your food for better taste. I haven't been using it long enough to see the benefits.

ADVENTURE
I have been using pumpkin seed oil for only a few months. My doctor has noticed that my skin is healthier. I am waiting for the oil to slow down the number of bathroom visits during the night. I think it is starting.

Changed quality
Second bottle I ordered is not the same completely off and I can taste vegetable oils. I will be returning the second bottle. The first time was so true so delicious and you can taste the pumpkin. The second order it's tainted with something else not the same at all. Its a shame when you have a high quality and start to change it fir lower one. The ine on the left is the true version.
