I’ve been taking Vimergy melatonin capsules for the past five years and recently decided to try the Vimergy Restful You Liquid Melatonin to see if I preferred the liquid form. After the first night, I was a bit disappointed because it didn’t seem to have the same effect for me as the capsules. I continued using it for a few more nights, but I still felt it wasn’t supporting my sleep in quite the same way. I found myself adding the capsules back in alongside the liquid, which made it difficult to know exactly how much melatonin I was taking. For now, I’ve decided to return to the capsules since they’ve worked consistently well for me over the years. That said, there are definitely positives to the liquid formula. It has a thick consistency and a pleasant, sweet taste that I genuinely enjoyed. It’s very easy to take — you can use it directly in your mouth or mix it into water or another beverage. For those who prefer liquid supplements over capsules, this could be a great option. In terms of value, Vimergy products tend to be priced a bit higher than some more widely known brands, but in my experience, they are worth it. Their supplements are clean, high-quality, organic, and free of unnecessary additives.
