Won't even turn on!
Got it today for my sons bday and the thing doesn't even turn on. Yes it's charged, yes I troubleshooted, yes I read everything and installed the app and so on...yes everything is connected. Yes,yes,yes! Not happy at all and you will be hearing from me. Update* tried calling to figure out what they could do, I have to pay to ship it back. Also it went on sale for 1000$ less a week and a half after I bought it and they wouldn't honor the price change. So that pissed me off even more. So I'm stuck with a 2500 segway that won't turn on still. Terrible company to deal with. Cost more to ship it back...you would think they would just replace it. So they lost my business and I will not refer them to anyone.

Too fun
Im 45 years old and 5’7. This thing is the most fun Ive had in a while. With it sitting so low, 27 mph seems like 45. It whips the turns and has high torque. I love it. Im about to buy a 2nd one.
