I'm sorry to say but this was a very sub standard product .I have tried many different brands and made the mistake of purchasing this one .the taste was the worst ive had.the overall standard of this was nowhere near what ive become used to and to open the product was an absolute nightmare.i spent over 20 with a large knife just to get the bottle open.I would not recommend anybody buy this product when the are so many out there far superior cheaper, taste better that even have a feel good factor about them when you taken it .Nil stars

I've been using this for a couple of years and always use this brand. I checked the authenticity for purity (Google it) and this stuff is the real deal.Just feels it givese more clarity and energy on a daily basis. Taste of course isn't the best! I just drop a pea sized amount in my morning mushroom coffee and it's gone! You get used to the taste after a few daysGood value.

Yes it is difficult to open the jar because it arrives cold and resin hardens when it's cold. Simply place the jar in a bowl with hot water for a minute and then open it. I do not tighten the jar back, but store it in plastic container with the spoon. Have it with warm water and some honey.

Can’t open this jar, I never have had a problem opening jars but this one is impossible!! I have tried to return it, can’t do that either it seems. I guess it’s just going in the bin, so so irritating, I feel ripped off.Update: jar shattered upon eventually getting it open.

I appreciate that this is pure shilajit, without any additives, which is in my opinion the most important aspect of shilajit quality. The resin comes in a jar and there's a nice little spoon in the package, just as shown in the photos.The shilajit texture is dense but it dissolves quickly in hot water. The flavour is strong so I personally prefer adding it to herbal tea to soften the taste a bit.Our diets tend to lack in nutrients and shilajit is packed with minerals. I started adding a spoon of shilajit to my tea twice a day and I do feel more energetic throughout the day. Love it!
