Hi - there are two black "pins" sticking up inside this new case that prevent old circuit board from sitting flat, so I can’t close new case. Tips?

If you look at the old case it does not have the pins. I just clipped them off and the two new halfs snapped together with the old circuit board inside. It works prefect now.
