I like the new size, 180 ct., I love the higher B complex vitamins for stress, the newer pricing is more affordable as we were taking a more "natural" vitamin for about 3 months with no "physical" difference. I also supplement with additional magnesium glycinate (KAL) as we don't always eat our sources of magnesium like we should. Also taking a magnesium at nite helps with muscle aches, cramps, restless legs, etc.. I find this new size more affordable and equal in quality to the advertised more "natural" brands that I have tried. For a family of four, vitamins and supplements can add up fast!

Well balanced multivitamin for men just wish it was not so expensive, but you get what you pay for I broke the price down in my head before purchasing and it's less than $7 a month for a quality supplement. Seeing that most of us will drop $7 at a fast food place in one day it's a no-brainer. Money well spent, because if you don't have your health what DO you really have. I embrace 2019 as a step in the healthy direction for all of us.

This is a good vitamin pill. Why? I trust the manufacturer to offer decent products. I have tried vitamins from many sellers. At the moment, I am taking this one. There is nothing to criticize. I have not observed any ill effects.

I am happy with this product since it meets the goal of increasing my vitamin levels healthily and cleanly possible. I consider that they seem to be the cleanest in the market, and they are honest of the components that it has. I like the option of a single pill a day. My doctor is happy with the results, and of course, I feel very well, and I recommend people to take them.

Amazing multivitamin. I have used it for years. You don't get sick to your stomach after taking it. There's a lot of organic and natural stuff in it. You also don't have gluten and in the rest of the crap in it.

OK it started out when the doctor told me I needed to take vitamin D which I did for a bit. I started running low on those and decided to look up reviews of vitamins and found these. There great multivitamins and are taken from natural GMO free sources. I started taking them and now my whole family takes them so win win win.

I don’t know the quality- I am not at their factory!! But these make me feel a boost. Good enough for me. Centrum is a synthetic - this plant based. Again, not a scientist- feel better on these do I am sticking to them!
