THE VOLUME OF THE DELIVERED WINE!!

I am very disappointed with the 'ISLA NEGRA CHARDONNAY' white wine I have just received. I ordered 12 and a half% volume. I usually order that volume or 13 percent. But you delivered a watery 12%percent. It is like water & tasteless.The bottle I viewed on your page was 12 & half % but you chose to deliver 12%Not happy.Ann Hawkins
