Regarding pathetic quality and service centre support
Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that the quality of your company's biometric machine (MFS110) has been extremely disappointing, and the response from the service center has been even more unsatisfactory. I purchased two MFS110 machines with a gap of approximately three months between the purchases. Unfortunately, both machines started showing errors after hardly 15–20 days of use. When I took one of the machines to your Raipur service center, I was charged ₹1,500 for repairs. However, even after the repair, the machine is still not functioning properly. I kindly request you to provide the details of an authorized/genuine service center in Bhilai(C.G). Also, please guide me on how I should continue using your machines in the future considering these recurring issues. I look forward to your prompt response and supp
