Total worth the money. Fit true to size and comfortable. Good durability and not too thick. If you put it on correctly it won't slide down while you're exercising. I've been using it for boxing and kickboxing aerobics class and it doesn't come off. Make sure to do the recommended measurements before purchasing so you don't get the wrong size.

Love Rehband sleeves. I've had a 7mm knee sleeve for a long time that I use for workouts. I needed a thinner knee sleeve to wear at work for added stability because of a torn meniscus. I carry a lot of gear. I was debating between the 3mm and 5mm. I read the reviews and then read what Rehband suggested based on thickness and activity. I decided to get the 3mm knee sleeve. It works perfectly. It's comfortable. The only thing I would suggest to Rehband would to make it a little longer. I find that I have to adjust the sleeve from time to time because with a lot of sitting and standing it bunches together at the knee. I tend to wear it a little higher on the thigh to keep this from happening as much. With my adjustments it works fine, but I wish it was longer.

The knee sleeves help reduce the pain in my knees and pleased with quality sturdiness and comfort.

I have a ripped tendon and have tried MANY leg supports, including Kaiser prescribed ones. These Rehband knee sleeves are by far the best ones. They're comfortable and provide immense support. The material doesn't have the ANNOYING rubber edges. They don't fold over once you get the proper fitting ones. They don't feel hot though I can tell it's got some nylon or polyester, which I usually hate. However, everything about these are worth it. I had been buying 5mm because IDK what I'm doing. It's all trial and error learning. The 3mm I just bought are far better! Anyway, I love, LOVE these. Pain makes weird stuff exciting and I am excited with my Rehband knee supports!

These are great knee compression sleeves. I bought the 3mm knee sleeves to compliment my existing 5mm elbow sleeves. The 3mm sleeves allow a little more flexibility and slightly less resistance, while still providing solid compression and warmth to the joint. I wear them while training jiu-jitsu because I’m old and my joints are banged up. They provide a perfect amount of support for me without getting in the way, and give just enough padding to my kneecaps to prevent painful bruising from hard landings. Great for squat days when the knees aren’t on board too.

Smelly and itchy. Never had that with any other knee sleeves…and I have a lot. Not very flexible either. Not sure what the hype is for this brand. They are just ok after washing.

Perfect knee supports for my weight lifting and spinning classes. I sprained the meniscus in both knees on the treadmill 18 months ago. My knees took forever to heal so now I wear these supports at the gym. They also help keep my knees from twisting too much in body balancing classes. I have three pairs as I tend to sweat during long workouts. I wash them in a 15 wash cycle (cold water) with woolite and hang them to dry. No problems!

Ich habe mir diese Bandage bestellt um mein Knie beim Mountainbiking etwas zu unterstützen, da es sich hin und wieder etwas "instabil" anfühlt. Diese Bandage hält perfekt ohne zu verrutschen und lässt sich angenehm tragen, ohne einzuengen. Die Stützleistung ist für mich ausreichend, wenn man härtere Sportarten mit mehr Körpereinsatz und/oder Gelenkbeanspruchung ausübt, sollte man evtl. eine etwas stabilere Version auswählen. Zum Wandern, radfahren und Joggen sollte diese hier ausreichen. Die erste Wäsche hat sie auch unbeschadet überstanden - keine Beschädigung und keine Verformung. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden und würde die Bandage bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
