I bought these mugs for every day use. I am not overly fond of grey but there weren’t many of this style that I liked so I settled for these.They would have been ok but they are too big and the tea or coffee goes cold quite quickly and end up wasting half a mug of tea.Overall not brilliant but they will do. I would not buy them again.

We love these mugs, despite their drab colour. They are perfect for tea. and are used everyday. it would be so nice if these mugs were available with a more interesting abstract design rather than flowers, and a better use of colour.

I like the china feel of the mugs. But at the base of the mugs there’s a concealed circular channel where it tends to stain. So I have to bleach them often.

Was expecting the mugs to be heavier. I wouldn't buy again because they are not the normal quality I would buy but good for everyday use.

These mugs have stained very badly. They cannot be cleaned by hand or using the dishwasher. Very disappointed as I cannot use them for guests.

Love these... good size mug, met all my criteria.. not to heavy, good handle, thin rim, wide base! They’re perfect!

I bought these mugs for a house warming present. They were lovely and a welcomed addition to my friends new house.
