Right out of the box I suspected the adhesive mounting was gonna be a problem and I was right. It’s not balanced for the weight of the liquid. There needs to be more balance from top to bottom and not just at the top with a circular piece of plastic like it comes with. After about 2 weeks I noticed the adhesive started unsticking towards the top edge of the plastic circular mount piece due to the fact the liquid weighs it down. Eventually it came crashing down. I tried to remount it using heavy duty adhesive and that worked for about 2 weeks before the same thing happened again. So I ended up placing it my sink counter. Not exactly what I wanted because that’s more space taken up on my sink counter but it’s workable. I like the overall design and the suction pump works very well. It does leak a tad bit in two places…the spout and the area where you attach it to the base. This may be due to user error because twisting it to the lock position is no walk in the park. You have to put some muscle in it which means the liquid will splash around a bit. I’ll say the twist locking mechanism definitely needs to be worked on to make it more smoother and user friendly. I like that it charges fast and of course the cute little cups it comes with. The magnetic cups are pretty solid and hold very well so that’s a saving grace. 2 star deduction for the aforementioned issues.

This worked great for eight months and out of nowhere it will no longer dispenese mouthwash. I shut it off, fully charged it and the sensor and cup is clean and nothing comes out. I tried reaching out to Amazon so that they could help me contact the seller and they never responded. There is no way to contact the seller either on their page.

I gave it 3 stars which is fair because while it was working, it was great but it only lasted me about eight months. I bought it June 2025 and by the end of January 2026 it is no longer working. It’s a shame because it was really nice to have an automatic mouthwash dispenser, but I can no longer use it. I actually bought 2 at the same time and that one is still working and it’s probably because that one wasn’t used as much because it was in my guest bathroom.

Great product love the pink unfortunately it has stopped working after 1 year, won't dispense mouthwash anymore just makes noise. Tried reaching out to company for help regarding warranty with no luck so far.
