I love the nail varnish and how the kit works but I find it really hard to remove the varnish. Ive read a few reviews and some people have said the same thing. If it wasn't for the difficulty in removing I'd have given this kit 5 stars as the varnish quality is good and doesn't chip.Update: 10 months old and the lamp no longer works. I didn’t use it for a few months, it was stored in its box but last weekend I managed to get base coat and colour cured but the lamp stopped working on the top coat. It made a noise like a loud pop and then cut out/stopped working. I would not recommend this. There are quite a few other reviews that also say they have had problems with the lamp stopping working. I’m very disappointed.

I was fed up of paying so much money for acrylic nails which always left my nails weak and papery, so decided to invest in this kit and I love it. I've never done any sort of nail treatments on myself beyond normal polish so I was concerned that it would go horribly wrong. I followed the instructions to the letter and it worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Just received this set and have to say it is well worth the money, You only get 1 colour of gel in the kit , Which is a nice plum colour, I used my undercoat and 2 coats of the colour then my top coat, I read some reviews about it not drying the Gel, If you read the instructions properly it will say at the end the Gel still feels wet, You just have to wipe it with the cleaner and it is perfect, I am definitely going to buy some more colours in this range,

Great set, very easy to use and I am horrible with there things. It took me a couple of attempts to get used to it but I now have perfect nails for 3 weeks! Torally worth it! (Pic shows my nails 2 weeks later)

I have just completed my second manicure and gel nail varnish, amazing! I wish I had found it sooner, it does everything it says and gives a really professional look to my nails, and the first time I did it, it lasted two weeks, which is more than the professional treatment did! The only thing I would say is that you need to take time over it, it took me today about two hours to soak off my nails and redo them, but fabulous result! And I reckon the next time I do them I will. E in profit.

Kit arrived this morning and i could not wait to try it out after readings the reviews as they were all great! And i agree it is a fabulous little kit! I have had nails done at the nail bar and paid pounds out and i must say my first attempt was not bad! Took me a bit longer than the shop but will get quicker as i now know every step! Im soo pleased with it it will pay for itself in a couple of months and have already ordered more colors

Really good kit, but in spite of the mention that there would be an option to choose the colour of the gel nail polish, this was not the case. Fortunately the colour sent is one that I would use, but if there is supposed to be the option to select a colour, I think that this should be possible

Lamp stop working after 7 months, replaced bulbs made no difference. Made a loud popping noise and stopped working. Told by seller as the 6 month warrenty is up wouldn't do anything. Any product bought should be fit for purpose and last for a reasonable amount of time, 7 months is unacceptable.
