After making this purchase, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that, "Not all Ironing boards are equal" This one is a gem! Imagine, after all the years that have passed, I had no idea what I was missing....AND I cannot understand why this ironing board has not received all TOP ratings. I mean? Ok, I understand sometimes products do slip through with defects but let's be honest, no need to give a poor rating over a manufacture defect, and one that can easily be resolved with the owner/company.
