This product is a masterpiece… of disappointment. Bought it in last November thinking I'd entered the elite club of audio bliss. For the first 15 days, it behaved like a good citizen. Then one fine day, the left earbud decided it had had enough of this world and just... died. Charging case? More like a fancy coffin. Tried every trick in the book—reset, clean, beg, bribe—but nope, it just sat there like a spoiled brat on strike. Reached out to customer service, expecting help. What I got was radio silence and confusion served with a side of “we’ll get back to you never.” It’s under warranty + extended warranty but apparently, that’s just a mythical concept here. Honestly, I’ve had more meaningful conversations with my toaster. Save your money, your patience, and your sanity—run far, far away from this product.

I used this product for more than 20 days and found that the voice is unclear while in call. However, under this price segment, it is a good product. You can use it for study. Battery backup and touch control are good. Avoid prolonged use, or take a break after every two hours of continuous use.

Don't purchase this earbuds, it is waste of money, my earbuds got defective after 20 days after date of purchase, only one side earbuds sound and other side is died , not working, even battery ends only to 15 minutes only. When I replacement seller does not co-operate me , earbuds are under warranty, but no replacement from seller and Amazon.. it is scam to sell third grade poor quality earbuds to customers.

Really a great buy for the price. Didn't expect it to work so well. The sound quality is also very good. Battery stays on forever. It automatically connects to Bluetooth. Easy to carry around during duty also. Can attend calls and change songs by touch control.
