These seem to help with getting good rest and the little tin is neat!
I've had other flavors of sleep pastilles that I prefer, but these are still pretty good. Not overly sweet either, which is great. They are soothing, moderately effective, and are kind of a hard gummy texture. You suck on them like a lozenge. In fact, if you have a little tickle in your throat, and can't sleep, these are the answer. The container is clever and we re-use ours for all kinds of things.

Love that there is a sleep version now!
So glad they have a sleep version now! We gave these to our boys when they were younger, to help them calm down to sleep. Now that they’re older teens, I gave them each a tin to keep by their bed to use as needed.

They work but this flavor is something to get used to.
They work as they will help you fall sleep. I somehow bought the black currant as this was the only available flavor. Smells like cat pee (that's how someone next to me described it), the taste is not the best either. Buy it if you like black currant.
