Can this projector work in a reasonably lit room for business and training presentations?

No. Best used in dark room. This is an ultraportable projector. That’s the compromise

Hi, i'm watching films stored on a hard drive via usb, the sound synch is way off. does anyone know how to correct this please?

I contacted them and there is no latency setting. You can’t. I had to edit the videos to around 15 Frames earlier than the sound in a editing software, it still was inconsistent so I returned for a refund. So gutted

Will the bulb burn out how long does it last compared to other porjector.. is the bulb replaceable too ?

It’s an LED bulb so you don’t have the same challenges as you used to, many many many thousands of hours as it generates no heat also
